After the world was saved by most of the mighty heroes of Marvel and DC taken down Apocalyspe and all the heroes that were under a evil spell are now back to normal. However not everything goes back to normal, alot of lives were taken that day when Apocalyspe came to the ciy of New York, millions of lives were taken, some heroes, some adults even...some childern.
In the wake of tragedy, the US goverment proposed the Superhuman Registration Act (Pro-Registration Act) intending to register all super powered beings as living weapons of Mass Destruction and requring all costumed heroes to unmask themselves before the goverment and subject themselves federally mandated standards.
Sides are forming, battles are being planned, friends will betray friends...the War has begun.
